Reducing Risk & Avoiding Downtime with our Custom BCDR Solutions

Downtime will decrease productivity and revenue, damage your brand and upset your customers. This can all be avoided by implementing a proper backup and disaster recovery plan. By tailoring a BCDR plan that works for your business, we can reduce your risk. As a technology partner, we assess your architecture to understand your needs and determine what tools are needed to meet your RPO and RTO objectives.

How does our backup solution work?

We partner with multiple backups partners to give you the product that best fits your needs and most of our BDR offerings consist of three components:

  1. Hardware: Dedicated server or NAS box which serves as the destination for backups
  2. Software: Is installed on each server endpoint and runs scheduled backup jobs.
  3. Cloud: backup images are uploaded nightly to the cloud vault.

We regularly test our backups and utilise a complex reporting dashboard to ensure all our backups are authentic and fully functional at all times.

Managed Solution provides a backup that meets regulatory standards with on-premise and offsite data backups.

How does the data stay protected?

Our solutions allows us granularity to change how often backup incrementals are. We are backing up data on the servers as well as operating systems on the server, and backing up both physical and virtual machines up to every 15 minutes.

What does this mean?

If ransomware or a virus hits, we can go back 15 minutes in time and virtualize the last good machine onto a Network Attached Storage (NAS) device. This allows us to have recovery points and allow restore to happen within 15 minutes to an hour.

How are you monitoring this?

We monitor these servers constantly and receive reports of any failures instantly.
